For Examination Center of Montenegro, we developed Ispitanko – an intelligent chatbot designed to improve access to information related to educational processes, exams, and the center’s activities. The goal of the project was to provide students, teachers, and all users with a fast, simple, and centralized way to access information about final and vocational exams, testing procedures, competitions, and related processes.

Ispitanko is designed as a digital assistant that brings together key information, rules, and resources in one place, enhanced by a knowledge base built on frequently asked questions and real-world user interactions. Through an intuitive interface and conversational approach, users can easily access relevant answers, significantly reducing the need for additional inquiries and administrative workload.

Special attention during development was given to clarity of communication, accuracy of information, and accessibility for a wide range of users, regardless of their digital literacy. The system is built to be scalable and adaptable, allowing continuous expansion of its knowledge base and ongoing improvement of the user experience.

The result is a reliable and efficient digital solution that not only simplifies access to information, but also actively supports students in their exam preparation and increases transparency of the Examination Center’s processes.
